FINAL SELF-ASSESSMENT
Hello everyone, this will be my last relevant post because the next year I will study in other high-school. During this 3 years I leaned a lot of vocabulary about sports, transports, technologies, health, different moods, etc. My speaking is better I don't feel embarrassed (not to much :D) when I speak during the lessons. I promise I will study hard an improve my English although you won't teach us. It was fantastic share this 3 years with you. I'll miss everyone of you and I hope you enjoy what's to come. Self-Defense Lesson
Warm up: We will start jogging around the court. Then we are going to do joint mobility exercises focusing on hip, shoulders, neck, elbows and wrists. After that, the students will play some coordination games related with the self-defense. Main Part: In pairs they will practice basic techniques of self-defense got it of Goshin-Do as: Cool down: The students will stretch their muscles
