Open up: Tell your worries and problems to someone.

Calm down: When you are nervous you need to calm down.

Cut down: Reduce the amount of something.

Face up to: Realize your problems ad affront to it.

Slow down: Reduce the rhythm because you are going very fast.

Work out: Do exercise.

Cheer up: Try someone to feel better and happier.

Chill out: Relax.

Aching Muscle: When you have pain in your muscles

Stiff neck: When you have a bad posture of your neck
