2nd TERM - SELF-ASSESSMENT

This term I've learned a lot. We have learned how to do the passive voice and the conditionals. Also, now I know different  phrasal verbs and vocabulary related electronic devices and the  healthy food. As always, I need to improve my speaking and specially in this  term I should have studied more. Nevertheless, I've realized that now I understand easier the lessons. In ICT we learned haw to do a vectorial image doing logos of famous business and creating our own logo. Also, we learned how to do a data base. See you the next term!

Open up: Tell your worries and problems to someone. Calm down: When you are nervous you need to calm down. Cut down: Reduce the amount of something. Face up to: Realize your problems ad affront to it. Slow down: Reduce the rhythm because you are going very fast. Work out:  Do exercise. Cheer up: Try someone to feel better and happier. Chill out: Relax. Aching Muscle: When you have pain in your muscles Stiff neck: When you have a bad posture of your neck
