Self-Defense Lesson
Warm up:
We will
start jogging around the court. Then we are going to do joint mobility
exercises focusing on hip, shoulders, neck, elbows and wrists.
After that,
the students will play some coordination games related with the self-defense.
Main Part:
In pairs
they will practice basic techniques of self-defense got it of Goshin-Do as:
Cool down:
The
students will stretch their muscles
